Henrike Langbroek

Henrike Langbroek has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Henrike served as the Chief Executive Officer at VIDA & Co. since February 2022 and previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer from February 2019 to January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Global Sourcing & Supply Chain at VIDA & Co. from October 2016 to January 2019. Henrike also briefly served as a Global Sourcing & Supply chain optimization manager in August 2016. Additionally, they worked as a mentor at Singularity University from August 2016 to September 2022, where they provided guidance on topics related to global buying & sourcing, strategic vendor selection, and global supply chain management. In their earlier career, they held various roles at HEMA, including Director Buying & Sourcing, Head of Buying Desk from February 2014 to November 2015, Director Buying & Sourcing EMEA from September 2012 to January 2014, and General Manager Buying & Sourcing China from January 2008 to September 2012. Henrike also served as an Operations Manager at Fun Industries Wuxi from January 2007 to January 2008 and as a Production Manager and Project Leader at United Biscuits from April 2003 to November 2006.

Henrike Langbroek's education history starts with their pre-university high school education at Baudartius College from 1991 to 1997. Henrike then pursued their higher education at the University of Groningen, where they obtained a Master's degree in Operation & Supply Chain Management. Henrike's academic journey extended from 1997 to 2003. Additionally, in 2001, they earned post-doctoral credits in Industrial Psychology from Stellenbosch University.
