Britain T. has had a wide variety of work experience. In 2012, they began working as a Team Manager and Teaching Assistant at Southeastern University. They then moved to Penn State Erie, The Behrend College, where they worked at the John M. Lilley Library. In 2015, they returned to Southeastern University as a Graduate Assistant. In 2017, they began working as a Graduate Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at the University at Buffalo. In 2019, they became a Research Assistant at the Kinsey Institute. In 2020, they started working as a Research Assistant II at the Regenstrief Institute, Inc. and as a Software Engineer Intern at Northrop Grumman. They are currently the Founder and CEO of ShuffleMe, where they provide an automatic mood tracker to increase the well-being of Internet users.

Britain T. has a comprehensive education history, beginning with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Southeastern University from 2012 to 2015. Britain then completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Southeastern University from 2015 to 2017. In 2017 to 2018, Britain T. obtained a Master of Engineering - MEng from the University at Buffalo School of Engineering and Applied Sciences in Industrial and Systems Engineering. Britain then obtained a Master of Intelligent Systems Engineering from Indiana University Bloomington in Neuroengineering (MSE) from 2019 to 2021. Britain T. is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Intelligent Systems Engineering at Indiana University Bloomington, which they are expected to complete in 2022. In addition to their degree-based education, Britain T. has obtained several certifications, including SPSS Statistics Essential Training from LinkedIn in June 2022, VC University Online from VC University in June 2022, Danny Sullivan on SEO from LinkedIn in August 2020, Developing Your Emotional Intelligence from LinkedIn in August 2020, Guy Kawasaki on Entrepreneurship from LinkedIn in August 2020, and Learning C# from LinkedIn in August 2020.
