Lucy Tao

Lucy Tao has over 20 years of experience in HR leadership roles. Lucy is currently the HR Director, APAC at SI Group since August 2019. Prior to this, they worked as the Regional HR Director, Asia Pacific at INEOS Styrolution from July 2014 to June 2019. From May 2009 to November 2012, they served as the HR Director, Asia Region at Vertellus. Before that, they were the Corporate HR Director at PSM International from April 2002 to November 2008. Lucy began their career as a Senior Executive Secretary at Wuxi-Singapore Industry Park Development Co., Ltd. from November 1995 to April 2002.

Lucy Tao earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management from East China University of Science and Technology in 2006. In 2011, they completed their MBA in Business Administration from Fort Hays State University. Prior to their degree, they studied Textile Engineering at Jiangnan University. Lucy also holds certifications in CPBA CPMA from TTI SUCCESS INSIGHTS CHINA and in Hay Job Evaluation from Hay Group.
