Sizo Nhlapo

Sizo Nhlapo is an experienced engineering professional with a diverse background in plant maintenance and project management. Currently serving as Unit Manager Engineering and Planned Maintenance Engineer at Sibanye-Stillwater since September 2019, Sizo also founded SnS Group (Pty) Ltd in May 2017. Previous roles include Plant Engineer at PFG Building Glass, Factory Manager at Ceramic Industries, and Machinery Engineer at Air Products, among others. Sizo's expertise encompasses maintenance engineering, project management, and operational efficiency, highlighted by a strong educational foundation that includes a Government Certificate of Competency in Factories and a Bachelor of Engineering Honors in Engineering and Technology Management from the University of Pretoria.
