Cláudia Sousa

Cláudia Sousa has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2011, they worked as an intern at Caixa de Crédito Agrícola Mútuo da Região de Bragança e Alto Douro - Agência Av. João da Cruz, where they were responsible for developing proposals and methodologies for customer satisfaction evaluation. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as an administrative professional in the commercial department of Caixa Geral de Depósitos. In 2016, they joined CGD as an assistant salesperson, and later transitioned to Banco BPI in 2018 as a backoffice professional. Cláudia also gained experience as a sales consultant at FITNESS HUT | Ginásios Premium a Preços Low-cost before joining Crédito Agrícola as an administrative assistant. Cláudia'smost recent role is at SIBS as an Operational Support Analyst, starting in December 2019.

Cláudia Sousa obtained a Licentiate degree in Gestão from Instituto Politécnico de Bragança. Cláudia attended from 2007 to 2013.
