Michelle Hongmiao Z.

Michelle Hongmiao Z. has over 20 years of work experience in the human resources field. Michelle Hongmiao is currently the VP of HR for the Asia Oceania & Africa region at Sidel. Before joining Sidel in 2020, Michelle held various HR leadership positions at ABB, including Asia HR Head for the Transformers business, Head of HR Center, HR Director for Power Products Division and Power Systems Division, and Recruitment and Employment Relations Manager for North China. Prior to their time at ABB, they worked as an Associate Consultant at Korn/Ferry International.

Michelle Hongmiao Z. attended Beijing Foreign Studies University from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature, General. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in International Employment Relations and Human Resources Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2003 to 2004.
