Ronit Molko, Ph.D., BCBA-D has extensive experience in the healthcare, behavioral healthcare and service industries. Ronit began their career in 1996 as Director of Behavior Change Associates, providing in-home behavioral services and support to families of individuals with autism, throughout Los Angeles and Orange County. In 2001, they co-founded Autism Spectrum Therapies (AST), providing quality services, support & resources to the autism community. In 2014, AST was sold to Learn It Systems and Ronit served as the President for Autism Services for the combined companies. In 2016, they became the CEO and Principal of Empowering Synergy, working with investors, individuals, teams and organizations. In 2018, they co-founded the Autism Investor Summit. In 2019, they were appointed a Board Member of LEARN Behavioral, a national organization made up of some of the most established providers in the field of autism treatment. Ronit also serves as a Board Member of Galt Foundation, a non-profit organization that provides temporary staffing services. In 2020, they joined Sidis Health as a Member of the Board of Advisors and Chief Client and Services Liaison, and joined Goally as a Member of the Board of Directors. In 2021, they were appointed Advisory Board Member of Radicle Health.

Ronit Molko, Ph.D., BCBA-D has a comprehensive education history. In 2013-2015, they completed a Certification in the Owner/President Management Program (OPM) at Harvard Business School. In 1999-2000, they completed a Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Autism and Developmental Disorders at the University of California, Los Angeles. From 1995-1999, they earned a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology- Human Development and Family Life from The University of Kansas. Finally, from 1993-1995, they earned an M.A. in Developmental Psychology from Claremont Graduate University. In addition to their educational background, Ronit Molko, Ph.D., BCBA-D holds certifications from PAX and PartnershipWorks, the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services, the Board of Psychology, State of California, and the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
