Al Patterson

Al Patterson has held various leadership roles in the field of pharmacy throughout their career. Al began as Director of the Department of Pharmacy at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center in 1984 and later moved to Amiris Health as Sr. Vice President of Operations from 1996 to 1999. Following this, they served as Director of the Department of Pharmacy at Children's Hospital Boston before assuming the role of Executive Director of the Department of Pharmacy at Sidra Medical and Research Center in 2014.

Al Patterson attended the University of Cincinnati from 1970 to 1978, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.), and completed a Residency in Clinical Pharmacy, ASHP Accredited from 1976 to 1978. Al'sfield of study focused on Clinical, Hospital, and Managed Care Pharmacy.
