Ewgenij Starschich

Ewgenij Starschich has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Ewgenij started their professional journey in 2007 with an internship at United Technologies Research Center. Following that, they joined Siemens Mobility in 2008 as a System Engineer for Traction Systems, where they were responsible for designing and implementing traction systems for commuter railway projects. Ewgenij then moved on to Siemens in 2010, where they took on roles such as System Engineer for HVDC Systems and later as a PLM Technical Specialist for System Design in the VSC-HVDC domain. From 2014 to 2018, Ewgenij served as the Group Lead System Design for LCC at Siemens, overseeing the system design process. Ewgenij'smost recent work experience has been with Siemens Energy, where they held roles including Group Lead System Design HVDC and Lead Engineer HVDC.

Ewgenij Starschich completed their education in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from various prestigious universities. From 2002 to 2008, they attended RWTH Aachen University, where they obtained a Dipl. Ing. (eq. Masters Degree) in Electrical Engineering. In 2007, they briefly studied at the University of Warwick, focusing on Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Additionally, in 2006, Starschich attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison to further their knowledge in the field of Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
