Florian Heinemann

Florian Heinemann has held various leadership roles in companies such as Siemens Gamesa, Siemens, McKinsey & Company, and has a background in physics. Currently, Florian serves as the Next Generation Platform Head and Chief Transformation Officer Onshore at Siemens Gamesa. Throughout their career, Florian has led transformation initiatives, managed industrial operations, and implemented supply chain strategies. Heinemann's experience also includes teaching physics and mathematics, as well as completing a PhD in Particle Physics from the University of Oxford.
