Olga German

Olga German (Buz) is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and healthcare administration. Currently serving as a Clinical Care Partner at Sienna Senior Living since September 2015, Olga has previously held roles including Resident Administrator during a practicum at Central Local Health Integration Network, where responsibilities included developing patient engagement tools and a LHIN-wide capacity plan. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Nursing at West Park Healthcare Centre and Nurse Manager at County of Simcoe, overseeing daily operations and managing staff performance in long-term care facilities. Olga holds a Master's Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor's Degree in Registered Nursing from Ryerson University.
