Will Reaves

Will Reaves is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in the aerospace and defense sectors, currently serving as a Senior Cryogenic Engineer and Test Conductor at Sierra Lobo, Inc. since August 2016. With previous roles including Program Operations Lead at UTC Aerospace Systems and Field Engineer at Lockheed Martin, Reaves has a strong track record in managing on-time delivery of electronic and mechanical products, as well as ensuring system efficiency and reliability in high-stakes environments like military operations. Reaves also held senior engineering positions focused on electrical power systems for the U.S. Air Force F-35 Joint Strike Fighter and contributed to the NASA Space Shuttle program during a long tenure at Lockheed Martin. Academically, Reaves holds an MBA in Technical Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Florida.
