Steven Bailey

Steven Bailey serves as the Vice President of Operations at Sierra Workforce Solutions, overseeing daily operations and strategic planning since 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Production/Repair Manager at Verifone, where new KPIs were developed, and Operations Manager at Applimotion, where significant growth was achieved over five years. Steven has also held positions at Metrotech, including VP of Operations and Director of Manufacturing, managing multiple operational departments and production lines. Early career experience includes serving as a Radar Repair Technician in the United States Marine Corps. Steven holds an Associate of Science degree in Electronic Technology from De Anza College.
