Today half of a data team’s time is spent troubleshooting data quality issues, Sifflet is putting an end to that. Our solution allows data engineers and data consumers to visualize how data flows between their services, define data quality checks, and quickly find the root cause of any data anomaly.
Our goal is to bring the same benefits to data teams. In a few years, every data-driven company will be using a data observability solution, and we want to be the best solution on the market (and of course, we have plans to go well beyond simple “data observability”). Our number of clients is growing steadily, and we need to expand our team!

To support our growth, we are looking for an experienced People Manager to join the team.
You will play a pivotal role in our organization, being the bridge between all departments and the executives. Drawing upon your robust decision-making abilities and extensive expertise in talent management and organizational design within the technology sector, you will facilitate and nurture our team's rapid growth.
Sifflet has experienced significant growth, particularly over the last 12 months and we recognize the importance of establishing a dedicated team to support our ongoing development and expansion. The people team is meant to scale and your could play a fundamental role in it.
Your will be instrumental in structuring our company and implementing the necessary internal processes to enhance Sifflet’s performance as we continue to scale.
