David Hope

David Hope is an experienced executive in the construction and building materials sector, currently serving as Managing Director at SIG plc since July 2020, where responsibilities include leading the Specialist Markets Division and overseeing the implementation of the group's strategic growth plan for the Construction Accessories Division. Previously, David held key leadership roles including Managing Director for Antalis UK & Ireland Packaging Division, with full P&L responsibility for a £100M+ turnover business, and various positions at SIG plc, including Sales and Marketing Director and Regional Managing Director. David's earlier experience includes managing multi-site manufacturing operations at CRH and CELSA GROUP. David holds a BSc (Hons) in Building Management from Northumbria University and completed the Cranfield Directors Programme in 2016.
