Paul Eric Mason

Paul Eric Mason has extensive experience in the field of arbitration and mediation. Paul Eric has worked as an International Counsel, Arbitrator, and Mediator since 2001, assisting businesses in resolving disputes in various sectors and across multiple countries. Paul has also held positions at organizations such as Silicon Valley Arbitration & Mediation Center (SVAMC) and Veirano Advogados, where they provided legal counsel and expertise in arbitration, intellectual property, and international commercial transactions. Additionally, they have served as an arbitrator and mediator for cases at various institutions including AAA-ICDR, BIAC, CAM-CCBC, CAMARB, CBMA, CAfA, FIMC, HKIAC, ICC, LCIA, SCIA, SIAC, SIMI, VIAC, and WIPO. Earlier in their career, Paul held senior positions at Bastos-Tigre, Coelho da Rocha e Lopes Advogados, Diaz Reus, IDT, 3COM/Palm, Modulo, S.A., Americas - Miami, and Oracle, where they gained valuable experience in areas such as international business transactions, government relations, compliance, and public policy.

Paul Eric Mason holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of Maine School of Law. Paul Eric also has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Russian Studies from Yale University. In addition, they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree with Distinction in International Economics/European & Russian Studies from the Johns Hopkins University - Paul Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS).

Paul Eric Mason has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Paul Eric is a Certified Mediator from the International Mediation Institute (IMI), which they obtained in 2012. Paul Eric is also a Foreign Legal Consultant from the Brazilian Bar - Rio de Janeiro (OAB - RJ), obtained in 2013. Furthermore, they have been admitted to the state and federal Bar in Massachusetts and Maine.
