Raphael Chacon

Raphael Chacon has extensive work experience in research and development roles. Raphael began their career at Unilever in 2000 as a Responsable Industrialisation. In 2003, they moved to NUTRIMAINE BANANIA BENCO, where they served as a Responsable R&D until 2005. Raphael then joined SILL Entreprises and held various positions within the research and development department, including Responsable R&D from 2005 to 2014, Directeur Recherche et Développement from 2014 to 2019, and currently serves as the Research and Innovation Director since 2020.

Raphael Chacon completed their education in two institutions. From 1993 to 1998, they attended the Institut national polytechnique de Lorraine, where they pursued a degree in Agro-Alimentaire and obtained the qualification of Ingénieur-Technologue. Later, from 2004 to 2006, they enrolled at IEMN-IAE and acquired a Master degree in Administration d'Entreprise with a specialization in Management option gestion de l'innovation.
