Mari Romppanen

Mari Romppanen currently serves as the Chief People & Culture Officer at SimAnalytics since April 2023 and has held the role of Selkeyttäjä and consultant at Toimisto2030 since August 2021, focusing on future skills, meaningful work life, and responsibility through facilitation and consulting. Prior experience includes positions as HR Business Partner and Senior Human Resources Consultant at EMU Growth Partners from April 2019 to April 2023, and prior roles in administrative coordination and support at Swedbank, Häggblom&Partners Ltd. Oy, Alma Media Corporation, and Navi Group oy. Mari Romppanen is pursuing further education at the University of Eastern Finland and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from Savonia University of Applied Sciences.
