About the role

As an Implementation Specialist in the APAC/Emerging Markets Region, you will be responsible for the configuration of use cases in "Simetrik No Code/Low code" with knowledge in Operational/Accounting/Financial Reconciliations, who will ensure the success and quality of the implementations covering customer needs, through scalable configuration practices (Apply best practices) you will also be responsible for the pre-sales and after-sales service in a minimum percentage.

Minimum qualifications

  • Proactivity.

  • Mathematical logic (Entrance test).

  • Soft skills: Research and understand different scenarios to propose solutions to guide end users through the configuration process.

  • Understand the particularity of customers and relate it to Simetrik's best practices.

  • Autonomous: Self-manage your time, ability to prioritize autonomously.

  • Good communication skills according to the client's communication profile (see framework 2022).

  • Ability to communicate with different teams both internally and with client-side profiles. (Transversal communication skills.

  • Professional in Finance, Engineering or basic sciences.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience.

  • Intermediate/advanced knowledge in Excel (Required).

  • Knowledge in SQL (Optional).

  • Experience in reconciliation processes (Optional).

Preferred qualifications

  • Startup experience is a huge plus.

  • Experience as presales consultant or business development

  • Experience in Saas companies

Responsibilities

  • Efficient and scalable implementation of use cases.

  • Implement the project scope within the agreed timelines.

  • Ensure the stabilization of the implementation logic.

  • Generate the supporting documentation of the implemented process.

  • Deliver the use case to the client's end user.
