Chad Roberts, CPP, has significant experience in payroll management, currently serving as the Director of Payroll at Simon Property Group since May 2014. Previous roles include Corporate Payroll Manager at Walter Energy, where responsibilities encompassed ORACLE Payroll processing for approximately 4,300 employees and overseeing the implementation of Kronos. Chad also held the position of Sr. Global Payroll Manager at WMS Gaming, utilizing various payroll systems including ADP and ORACLE HRIS. Earlier career positions include Manager of Payroll & Payroll Tax at Modine Manufacturing Company and Payroll Administrator at Metal Technologies.
