Rachel has recently joined the customer service team at Simplicity after 10+ years working in an operations role within the medical industry.

Rachel is new to the financial services sector and is keen to learn and develop in this new role.

Outside of work, Rachel is kept busy with three young sons. In her rare spare time she enjoys reading and exercising.
