Jennifer Schmit

Jennifer Schmit is an experienced product designer currently serving as the Lead Product Designer at Simplist since March 2022. Previously, Jennifer held various roles at Capital One from September 2019 to March 2022, including Product Design Manager and Principal Product Designer. Jennifer's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Product Designer and Product Designer at CarMax from July 2016 to September 2019, as well as working as a UX Architect at ICF Olson from July 2014 to July 2016. Jennifer's career began at James Madison University Office of Disability Services, where responsibilities included designing marketing materials and creating accessible content. Additionally, Jennifer has held internship positions focusing on promotions, social media, and digital communications. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Media Arts and Design with a focus on Converged Media from James Madison University.
