Joel Ochs, AIA, NCARB, is a highly experienced Project Manager currently with Simpson & Simpson Management Consulting since June 2021. With a robust background in architecture and construction management, Joel Ochs has held significant roles including Construction Manager at College of the Desert and Senior Project Manager at MAAS Companies, Inc. Key contributions include serving as an owner’s representative for large-scale industrial projects and innovative campus renovations. Joel Ochs also has experience in design management within the Los Angeles Unified School District and has been involved in landmark property assessments in Century City.
