Don Smith

Don Smith has over three decades of experience in process development and engineering. Currently serving as Process Development Manager and previously as Technical Support Officer at Simpsons Malt Limited since April 2011, Don has a strong background in engineering gained from earlier roles as a Process Engineer at Plexus Corp. from April 2000 to November 2009, and as an SMT Technician at Keltek Electronics between September 1994 and April 2000. Don's career began in the Royal Navy, where aircraft engineering mechanics were practiced from January 1988 to April 1994. Don completed education at Berwickshire High School from 1981 to 1986.
