John Figiel

John Figiel, MSHR, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Management at Sinai Health System, John has previously held significant roles such as Principal at J. Figiel Consulting, Senior Director of HR and Organization Effectiveness at Tandem HR, and Director of Learning & Organization Effectiveness at the University of Chicago.
