Henry Chang

Henry Chang is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in governance, cybersecurity, and technology strategy. Currently serving as the Deputy Chief Executive at GovTech Singapore since July 2021, Henry leads CIO Services and chairs the GovTech Sustainability Committee. In addition, Henry holds several board positions, including Board Member at SimplyGo Pte. Ltd. and SGNIC PTE LTD, and is a Co-opted Member of the Board IT Committee at SingHealth. As a Fellow and Executive Council Member of the Singapore Computer Society, Henry chairs the Certification Committee and advises the Cybersecurity Chapter. Previous roles include Deputy Chief Executive at DSTA and Director of Technology Strategy and Policy at the Ministry of Defence of Singapore. Henry Chang's educational background includes an MBA from MIT Sloan, an MSc in Electrical Engineering from Stanford, and a BEng in Information System Engineering from Imperial College London.
