Lauren Baldarelli, PhD began their career in 2010 as a Research Assistant and MSc Student at John Carroll University. In 2012, they took on the role of Aquatic Scientist at BSA Environmental Services, Inc. Lauren then joined Kent State University in 2016 as a Teaching Assistant and PhD Candidate. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Single.Earth as a Researcher, where they work to tokenize nature for its ecological value and essential ecosystem services, and to mitigate climate change and biodiversity loss.
Lauren Baldarelli, PhD obtained their Doctor of Philosophy in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from Kent State University in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained their Master of Science in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from John Carroll University in 2012. Lauren also obtained their Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from John Carroll University in 2010. In addition, they obtained a certification in Evaluating Ecosystem Services with Remote Sensing from NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration in August 2022.
