Janae Sinclair

Janae Sinclair serves as the Director of Hospitality and Mixed Use Programs at SIRIS LLC since March 2024, bringing extensive experience in development and project management. Previously, Sinclair held the position of Director of Development at Propst Development and was a Senior Development Manager at Phoenix Senior Living. Additional roles include Development Manager at Fuqua Development and Senior Development Manager at Integral-Gude, where significant projects included the college football hall of fame and the center for civil and human rights in Atlanta. Earlier in the career, Sinclair contributed as a Development Manager at Cousins Properties Incorporated and as a Construction Manager at Wood Partners, overseeing high-rise condo projects. Sinclair began in the professional realm as a Civil Engineer at HNTB and possesses an MBA and MSRE degree from Georgia State University and a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
