Kian Butterfield has a diverse range of work experience in the IT industry. Kian started their career as an IT Intern at KPMG in Bermuda in 2011, followed by a role as a Help Desk Support Specialist at the same company. In 2013, they joined MS Amlin AG (formerly MS Frontier Reinsurance Limited) as a Systems Analyst, where they managed a multi-site environment and played a key role in various technology upgrades and deployments.

In 2017, Kian took on the role of Independent Contractor at Applied Computer Technologies for a short period before joining Hiscox as a Senior System Analyst. At Hiscox, they successfully handled the responsibilities of an Application Support Lead for Hiscox Re & ILS.
