Bob B. has extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries, including education, technology, and services. Currently serving as a Board Member at The Helix School and as a Phone Bank Leader for the Sister District Project, Bob has also held critical positions such as Chief Operating Officer at Synapse School and EVP/General Manager Operations at ZoomSystems. With expertise in K-12 education, project management, customer success, and operational efficiency, Bob has provided consulting services through RH Bear & Associates since 2012. Previous roles include VP at Cast Iron Systems and Siebel, as well as advisory positions at Pirtek Sky Harbor and JRG Software. Bob holds an MBA from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a BS from Northern Illinois University.
