Macauley Novak is an experienced engineering professional with a solid background in various engineering roles. Currently serving as a Shift Engineer at Tata Consumer Products since September 2024, Macauley previously held positions as an M&E Engineer at The Compleat Food Group and as a Field Service Engineer at MBA Engineering Systems Limited. Earlier experience includes serving as a Marine Engineer in the Royal Navy, where responsibilities involved maintaining operational capabilities and conducting planned maintenance across ship systems.
