Maja Treven

Maja Treven is the Alternative Channels Director at OTP banka, Slovenija, since August 2024, leading digital banking and contact center innovation. With extensive experience at SKB banka d.d. Ljubljana since October 1998, Maja served in various senior roles, including Chief Marketing Officer, where responsibilities encompassed marketing business line management, client offerings, and the digitalization strategy. Previous positions include directing segments and intelligence, corporate client marketing, and project management, achieving significant accomplishments such as introducing CRM, establishing a marketing data mart, and overseeing the implementation of a new core banking system. Maja holds a degree from the University of Ljubljana and completed the Grow Development Programme at INSEAD in 2011, focusing on management and leadership.
