Stephen Godwin

Stephen Godwin is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in architecture and software engineering. Currently serving as Principal Architect for the OTT Platform at Sky since September 2018, Stephen previously held the position of Head of Architecture at NOW TV, where responsibilities included leading cross-functional architectural initiatives. Prior experience at the BBC from May 2011 to August 2018 involved designing crucial systems for BBC iPlayer and contributing to the London 2012 Olympics video streaming infrastructure. Earlier roles at IBM encompassed key positions focusing on scalability, integration testing, and software engineering, including recognition with an Outstanding Technical Achievement Award for work on WebSphere Message Broker. Stephen holds a BSc. (Hons) in Computer Science from Aston University.
