Kate Mapham

Kate Mapham is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Group Human Resources Officer and Head of Human Resources at Skybound Capital Group since October 2019. Prior to this, Kate held significant HR roles at Machine_ as Head of Talent and at Publicis Machine as Talent Manager, focusing on recruitment, training and development, and employee retention. Earlier career experiences include HR and training representation at Capita and coaching at EMBARK Triathlon Coaching. Kate holds several educational qualifications from the University of Cape Town and Rhodes University, with expertise in negotiation, conflict resolution, labour law, and human resource management, complemented by a certificate in managing mental illness in the workplace.
