Nicolas MONESTIER

Nicolas Monestier has a strong background in configuration management, with experience at various companies in the aerospace industry. Nicolas'smost recent role is as a Configuration Management Engineer at Skydweller Aero, which they started in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Thales from 2018 to 2022 as a Responsable Gestion de configuration. Before that, they held multiple positions at SOGECLAIR aerospace, including System Configuration Manager on Falcon 5X for DGT/EPROG, Configuration Manager on new Beluga XL for BTMC, PDT System A350, and Configuration manager A380. In their role as Configuration manager A380, they were responsible for leading change on ATA 22 and 27, as well as serving as the focal point for the SOGECLAIR EYDIB A380 team.

Nicolas Monestier's education history is as follows. Nicolas obtained a Diplome Universitaire Technologique in Industrial Mechanics and Maintenance Technology from Nantes Université in the years 2004 to 2006. This was followed by a Licentiate degree in Airframe Mechanics and Aircraft Maintenance Technology from Université de Bordeaux, which they completed from 2007 to 2008. Lastly, they pursued a Master's degree in Avionics and Airborne Systems at Université de Bordeaux from 2008 to 2010.
