Carlos Baca is an experienced operations manager currently holding positions at Ag Producers Co-op since March 2014 and Skyland Grain, LLC since November 2019. In addition, Carlos co-owns Tacos Los Socios, where responsibilities include cooking and restaurant management, with a diverse menu offering Mexican, fried rice, sushi, and American cuisine since March 2018.
