Indi Hayat

Indi Hayat is an experienced Human Resources professional, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at SMART Safety Group since July 2021. Previously, Indi held the same position at The Super Dentists from January 2016 to October 2020 and worked as an HRBP/Sr. Generalist on a contract basis with Consulting Agencies from June 2013 to January 2016. Earlier career highlights include serving as Human Resources Manager at Vanguard Space Technologies, Inc. from October 2006 to March 2013, and at Altam Associates, Inc. from June 2002 to May 2006. Indi started the career as an Employment Coordinator at GKN Aerospace for a brief period in 2001 and worked as a Human Resources Associate at LXN Corporation from October 1997 to April 1999. Indi holds a BA in Public Administration and a Human Resources Management Certificate, both from SDSU.
