Vitaliy Tymoshenko is an experienced professional with over 20 years in the IT sector, currently serving as an Official Member of the Forbes Technology Council since August 2024. As the CEO of Smart Expert, a company focused on employee development automation, Vitaliy has been instrumental in building Unicorn, developing EdTech platforms, and launching online schools and academies since March 2019. SmartExpert provides tools for monitoring training quality, tracking participant progress, and analyzing employee performance metrics. Vitaliy holds a Master's degree in International Law and Legal Studies from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, earned from 1997 to 2002.
