Elmo Mazanis

Elmo Christos Mazanis is an experienced Data Analyst with a strong background in statistical modeling and business analytics. Currently employed at Smartodds since November 2016, Elmo focuses on sports-specific data validation and has developed R packages and Shiny applications for data monitoring. Previously, Elmo held positions at Xanadu Consultancy and Bloomberg LP, where responsibilities included processing and analyzing financial data and updating the Bloomberg Terminal. Other roles include Research Analyst at The London School of Economics and Trader at Met Traders Ltd, alongside earlier experience as a Contract Research Assistant at the University of Piraeus' Research Center. Elmo holds a Master of Science in Cognitive and Decision Sciences from University College London and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Piraeus.
