Luke Murphy's work experience includes five companies. Luke began their career in 2014 at Class Technology Solutions Ltd as a Network Manager, providing high quality IT support in the education sector. In 2015, they joined Acora - Outsourced IT Services, where they held the roles of Client Services Manager, Service Desk Manager, Service Desk Team Lead, and Service Desk Analyst T3. Luke then moved to SSP Limited in 2018, where they were an IT Service Delivery Manager. Later that same year, they joined drivvn as Head of Platform Operations, Service Operations Manager, and Support Lead. Luke is currently employed at Smartr365 as Head of Infrastructure and Operations.

Luke Murphy attended the University of Warwick in 2010, where they obtained a PTLLS Level 4 in Training. In 2013-2014, they attended Computeach for Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management. In 2017, they obtained an ITIL Intermediate from Axelos in Information Technology.
