Charlotte Roler-Martin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Charlotte started their career as a Customer Service Assistant at River Island in 2008 and later worked as a Customer Service Advisor at Clearlybusiness. In 2011, they joined The Formations Company as a Formations Advisor before moving to BCSG as an Operations Administrator in 2012. Charlotte then transitioned into the field of HR, starting with a role as an HR Administrator at Ted Baker in 2014. Charlotte gained experience in HR administration and employee relations while also providing support for HR, L&D, and recruitment teams. Charlotte later took on the role of Trainee HR Advisor and then returned to their HR Assistant position after a period of maternity cover. In 2017, Charlotte worked as an HR Assistant (Maternity Cover) at DisplayLink, where they provided HR support for a developing startup and managed various HR responsibilities, including onboarding, record-keeping, and policy adherence. Charlotte then joined ProPhotonix (formerly StockerYale) as an HR Manager in 2018, where they continued to enhance their HR management skills. Currently, Charlotte is working at Smartwyre as an HR Manager, starting in 2023.

Charlotte Roler-Martin completed their A Levels from St Mary's Catholic School between 2006 and 2008. In 2014-2015, they pursued a CIPD Foundation diploma in HR Practice from ICS Learn, focusing on Human Resources.
