Joanna Patterson

Joanna Patterson has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and the restaurant industry. Joanna began their career as a Food Server at Fritz's Restaurant in 2018, where they worked until 2020. In 2021, they joined Smith Restaurant Group as a Human Resources Administrator before being promoted to the position of Human Resources Director at Smith in 2023.

Joanna Patterson attended Shawnee High School from 2013 to 2017. Joanna then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Management and Labor Studies from Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations (SMLR) and Rutgers University from 2017 to 2021.
