Alex Vea

Alex Vea has worked in the field of strategy and operations consulting for the past seven years. In 2013, they began their career as a Developer at Smowltech. Alex then moved to Grupo Uvesco in 2014, where they served as an Assistant Manager, analyzing and organizing key business functions and processes, designing and implementing processes and tools for innovation, and designing and implementing processes of teamwork in the company. In 2015, they joined Deloitte as a Strategy & Operations Consultant. In 2017, they moved to CARSA, where they served as an International & Innovation Consultant, defining strategic and action plans for public and private clients and implementing service contracts for the innovation process of products and technologies for public and private clients. Finally, in 2018, Alex returned to Smowltech as the Chief Strategy Officer, with the mission to build trust in online learning.

Alex Vea has an extensive educational background. Alex obtained a High School degree from German School San Alberto Magno in 2008. Alex then attended University of Deusto and obtained a Degree in Computer Engineering and a Degree in Business Management and Administration in 2015. Alex also completed an International Program in 2013/2014 at Ludwig-Maximilians Universität München. In 2016, they obtained a Master's Degree from OBS Business School in Business Intelligence. In 2017, they completed an Executive Program of Digital Transformation of the Organization from University of Deusto. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including a Certificate in Advanced English from University of Cambridge in 2010, a PRINCE2® Foundation from NETMIND S.L. in 2016, an ITIL® V3 Foundation from NETMIND S.L. in 2016, and a Deutsches Sprachdiplom Zweite Stufe in 2009.
