David Bailey is an experienced operations manager with a comprehensive background in project management and event coordination. Currently serving as the Operations Manager at SNOLAB since January 2018, David has previously held significant roles such as Project Lead in Mental Health at St. Joseph's Health Care London and Senior Project Consultant at London Health Sciences Centre, where expertise in leading complex projects and stakeholder engagement was demonstrated. A past president of the London Hospitals' Community of Practice in Project Management, David has also contributed to the PMI South Western Ontario as VP of Membership. With a robust educational foundation, including an MBA and certifications in Lean for Healthcare, David's career spans various sectors, from healthcare to IT and engineering, showcasing a commitment to excellence in project delivery and operational efficiency.
