Jessica Chou

Jessica Chou has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. Jessica began their career as the Department Head at Kami-Con in 2008. In 2012, they became an Assistant Language Teacher at the Narashino Board of Education. In 2014, they returned to Capstone Poll as a Research Assistant, and in 2015 they were promoted to Poll Supervisor - Research Assistant. Most recently, in 2020, they began working as a Scrum Master / Software Engineer at Social Knowledge, LLC.

Jessica Chou has an extensive education history. Jessica obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature, General from The University of Alabama between 2006 and 2011. Jessica is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science - BS in Computer Science from The University of Alabama, which they began in 2018 and is expected to complete in 2024. In addition, they hold certifications from the Scrum Alliance, including an Advanced Certified ScrumMaster obtained in August 2022, and a Certified ScrumMaster\u00ae (CSM\u00ae) obtained in April 2022. Jessica also holds a Human Subjects Certification from The National Institutes of Health Office of Extramural Research.
