Mosa Leteane is a Doctoral Researcher and PhD Candidate at the University of the Witwatersrand, exploring various aspects of South Africa's transitional justice project within the context of its developing democracy. In addition to this role, Mosa is a Visiting Research Fellow at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, engaged in research on Human Rights and Environmental Law under the Fulbright program. Mosa is also a Research Fellow with the Social Science Research Council's African Peacebuilding Network and the Next Generation Social Sciences in Africa initiative. Previous experience includes serving as a Candidate Attorney at the Legal Resources Centre and an intern at Khulisa Management Services, along with a position as Special Projects Coordinator at the Johannesburg Holocaust & Genocide Centre, where Mosa facilitated discussions on memory and justice. Mosa holds multiple degrees, including an LLM in Human Rights Litigation and Advocacy from the University of the Witwatersrand, an MPhil in International/Global Studies from Monash South Africa, and an LL.B. from the University of the Free State.
