Marie-Theres Dubois

Marie-Theres Dubois is an experienced professional in the fields of knowledge management and technical support, currently serving as the Knowledge & Support Manager at Sofacto since April 2019. In this role, Marie-Theres leads the support team, handles technical support, manages knowledge and experience, creates training materials and video tutorials, and conducts webinars for clients and integration partners. Prior to this, Marie-Theres held the position of Head of Adtech & Tracking at Digital Performance GmbH, where responsibilities included team management, new data requirement implementation, and cross-department collaboration.
