Tiina Kärki

Tiina Kärki has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tiina is currently working as an Analyst at Sofigate since January 2023. Prior to this, they were a Junior IT Expert, specializing in ServiceNow, at Academic Work Academy Finland starting from October 2022.

Before transitioning into the IT field, Tiina held various roles in Human Resources at the University of Helsinki. From January 2020 to September 2022, they served as the Head of HR at Meilahti Campus. In 2019, Tiina was the Head of HR at Kumpula Campus. Tiina worked as an HR Specialist from May 2016 to December 2018 and as an HR Coordinator from February 2011 to April 2016. Tiina'scareer in HR began as an HR Secretary in December 2001, where they worked until January 2011.

Tiina Kärki obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from the University of Helsinki, where they studied from 1999 to 2011. Tiina later pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree from the same university, completing their studies from 2011 to 2014. Additionally, Tiina has obtained various certifications in fields such as automated test framework, integration hub, service portal, flow designer, and system administration from institutions such as ServiceNow and Codecademy. Tiina also holds a Business Technology Standard Green Card from the Business Technology Forum.
