Richard Steel

Richard Steel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the IT infrastructure sector, currently serving as Senior Team Leader and Account Director at Softcat plc since November 2008. Throughout tenure at Softcat, Richard has held various leadership positions, overseeing the provision of workplace technology, datacentre infrastructure, and security solutions for corporate and public sector organizations. Prior to this role, Richard gained valuable experience as an Enterprise Account Manager at Softcat and completed a summer internship as a Human Resources Assistant at Microsoft's European headquarters. Richard holds a 2:1 degree in Sport Science from the University of Southampton.
