Olesia Kinzerska

Olesia Stasiv has a robust background in engagement and project management, currently serving as Engagement Director at SoftServe since July 2012. Olesia has progressed through various roles at SoftServe, including Engagement Associate Director and Engagement Manager, where responsibilities involved enhancing pre-sale processes, leading consulting teams in complex projects, and developing project proposals. Earlier positions included Solution Resource Manager, focusing on strategic forecasting and staffing management, and Recruiter, where Olesia developed comprehensive recruiting strategies. Prior experience includes managing educational events for top executives at Lviv business-school of UCU and serving as an assistant to MP Claude Gravelle at the Parliament of Canada. Olesia holds a Master's Degree in Economic Theory and Marketing from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
